Prosecutorial Corrupt-Sean in a Canadian Kangaroo Court; Meet Vinicius Oliveira

Hello every One and welcome to the Super Natural ‘Son’ Day Re-View and Pre-View of events to take place in one of the last chapters of My Story. As always, thank King or Queen You very much for joining Me, it is always a Great Honour to have the Gift of Your Presence in My House, and I have plenty to be tall King about!

Today’s feature Image (I-Mage) is a photo of Vinicius Oliveira, a legitimate provincial Crown prosecutor for the province of Ontario, impersonating a Crown prosecutor to bring charges against Me! I’m telling You, People, Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction!

So, what do I mean when I say that Vinicius Oliveira is impersonating a provincial Crown prosecutor if that is in fact his official position at the City of Ottawa? How can One be impersonating a Crown prosecutor if One IS a Crown prosecutor?

Well, what if some One were to privately petition a Crown prosecutor with an information that has never been seen by the provincial Crown Attorney’s office? What if an information that was presented to a Justice of the Peace for endorsement was refused acceptance and returned to the informant (police), and rather than tell the accused that the information was insufficient or defective in some way, they instead double down and try to proceed against the individual without an endorsement from Crown, hoping the accused Will be too stupid to notice – and apparently the Justice who hears the Matter, too?

Yes, Ladies and Gentle Men, fell-low Queens and Kings, that is precisely what Vinicius ‘the Odious’ Oliveira is attempting to do!

I have been taking a bit of a break from Publishing new material for awhile now because I am so busy trying to get a few things resolved in My Microcosm, and dealing with Dawn the Delinquent Neilly and Kimberly the Deplorable Duggan’s attempt to criminalize Me for reporting the corruption taking place in Canada’s Courts.

Fortunately, I can tell You that I have since learnt that whatever information Dawn the Delinquent Neilly Presented to a Justice of the Peace was not endorsed by a Justice of the Peace. Just because police bring charges against some One, doesn’t mean that the information Will be accepted/endorsed by a Justice of the Peace. I have since received three informations (what they are calling initial disclosure, additional disclosure and final disclosure), none of which have been endorsed by a Justice of the Peace! In fact, they are not dated, either!

There’s about a gazillion other problems with the informations but I’m not going to be tall King about them here because unlike in civil Matters, I’m not compelled to disclose anything to the prosecution with respect to how I Will defend. I’ve already been very generous with Vinicius by telling him straight out of the gate that he’d better reconsider bringing these charges against Me lest he Wishes to be civilly and criminally liable for gross prosecutorial misconduct for engaging in fraud and attempting to weaponize the Courts against a claimant before the Superior Court of Justice.

I had already received confirmation from Crown Attorney that there is absolutely nothing in the system for Me before I had called the City of Ottawa to schedule a date for trial so that I can hold the officers accountable for the unlawful arrest, harassment, and wasting My time by having Me Show up for hearing only to discover there was nothing on the docket for Me to respond to.

A clerk from the City of Ottawa named Kim MacDonald confirms that there is absolutely nothing in her system for Me either, and confirms that ‘this Court does not deal with matters of this nature’ before I tell her that’s why I Wish to schedule a trial date because I was told to be there under threat of a warrant being issued for My arrest, and was served with a fraudulent information that included charges previously withdrawn by Crown (and therefore can never be used against Me, they are considered to have been proven false).

It was only after I included the attachment of the fraudulent information that Kim replies to say that she has Magically found something in the system, but the file has a different name now, that’s why they couldn’t find it in the system. They can’t find it in the system because it isn’t in the system, they are engaging in fraud, and Vinicius the Odious Oliveira is hoping to proceed against Me with the fraudulent information!!!

Anyway, the Good News is, Vinicius allegedly represents the Crown, even though in this particular case, he doesn’t. He figures I won’t know the difference between a legitimate information that’s been filed with the Crown Attorney’s office and the bogus information he is trying to proceed against Me with. I honestly believe that he has been made a scapegoat for Crown. It was pretty easy to tell in My last Present a Sean to the Court that the Justice of the Peace doesn’t think much more of their Crown prosecutor than I do – he’s not even a licensed lawyer, his highest law degree is that of a paralegal and clerk!!!

Now, I Will concede that I don’t Imagine the Justice thought very much of Me on that day, either, though I don’t believe that the Justice has the slightest clue what Mr. Odious Oliveira is attempting to do. If Crown doesn’t have a copy of the information Vinicius is attempting to proceed against Me with, then neither does the JP unless Vinicius has provided him with a copy. That’s not in Mr. Oliveira’s best interest because the Justice Will know immediately that Vinicius is engaged in fraud, so he’s hoping to get Me to inform on My Self by consenting to the fraudulent information.

I know this sounds almost inconceivable, but I swear it is absolutely True. In fact, I Wish I could share the fraudulent informations with You (and I Promise I Will), but I’m going to wait until at least after the Judicial Pre-Trial (JPT) which has now been scheduled for the 25th of September. The reason I’m waiting is because I don’t Wish to reveal My Hand too soon, I’m just going to be as King of You to Trust Me when I tell You the charges have zero chance of succeeding. I would even love to tell You what I believe to be Vinicius’ strategy but I don’t Wish to Gift him with any ideas. What I Will say, is that for the first time ever, the Crown Law reception office responded to the Notice of liability served upon Vinicius with a cheerful ‘thank You’ and a name – there have been plenty of emails sent to Me impersonating the Crown Attorney’s office as King of Me to contact bogus addresses to obtain disclosure, and they always send anonymously, or with initials only – that’s a sure Sign of fraud because any One who legitimately represents the Crown Attorney Will not be afraid to tell One who they are.

But that’s only the beginning, People! There are SO many People conspiring against Me, it is absolutely astounding. The City of Ottawa chose to cut off subsidy without Notice to Me for a third time in as many years! This time, they even tried to ‘fake’ Registered mail delivery of the Notice to Me by having some One by the name of ‘D. Cote’ Sign for the package (presumably containing the Notice), claiming it to be proof of delivery of the package on Me! That Matter is currently under investigation by the Ombudsman for Canada Post, and they have been very Good about Keeping Me up to date with their investigation, advising Me that have escalated the investigation as a result of the complex nature of the claim, and Will be interviewing the People involved (which Will include the staff at the Rexall (wrecks-all) Canada Post location and the sender of the package). The Ombudsman anticipate their investigation Will be concluded on or before the 21st of September and or Will update Me if more time is required.

Of course, the City of Ottawa have been conspiring with My landlord with malicious intent to cut off subsidy so that I Will be evicted from My apartment for non payment of rent. I have a $35,000.00 claim against Multifaith Housing Initiative (MHI) for extreme prejudice and discrimination in the community, and the lawyer for MHI, Michael ‘the Tyrannical’ Thiele, is hoping that he can have Me evicted before I Will have My hearing with the LTB on December 11th, so he served Me with an N-4 Notice to End Tenancy for non payment of rent a week ago last Friday. I am being ‘ordered’ to pay an outstanding balance of $746.00 before September 3rd in Order to avoid evict-Sean.

Unfortunately for Michael the Tyrannical Thiele, the real reason he hates Me and Wishes to have Me evicted before Our hearing date with the LTB, is because he knows he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on because he’s a terrible liar and an equally bad lawyer. Apparently, he didn’t read the residential tenancy agreement before sending the N-4 for non payment of rent or he’d have known that MHI is responsible for any rent not paid for by the City of Ottawa! MHI upgraded My apartment and agreed to pay any amount not paid for by the City of Ottawa as a non profit corporation. I wonder if they just forgot?..

So this isn’t going to look very Good for MHI as a not for profit corporation because they stopped receiving payments June 1st but only decided to tell Me about it after the last month’s rent deposit had been spent and the surplus that had accumulated because they were taking $60 more than they were authorized to take for an undisclosed amount of time. There was a surplus of $1708.00, and they are only supposed to have (legally allowed to retain) one month’s rent on deposit (which would be roughly $1142.00). So they waited for the surplus to run out and for the account to go into default without letting Me know so they could serve Me with an N-4 for non payment of rent THEY have the legal obligation to pay according to their own tenany agreement? That’s what One calls a Notice to End Tenancy in ‘bad faith’.

MHI allowed rent to remain unpaid for over a year previously before Lori contacted Me to let Me know the debt had exceeded ten thousand dollars. I agreed to meet with Lori on Sept 11th of 2023 to Sign paperwork to allow MHI to take rent direcly from the Trust account Created for Sean von Dehn’s Benefit for as long as he requires the apartment. Even if were necessary to renew forms once a year, the contract is not up for renewal until September 11th, and MHI is refusing to produce a copy of the contract that allowed them to receive the more than ten thousand that was outstanding previously.

The only reason they didn’t try to evict Me previously was because they know what the lease says and know they have the financial obligation if the City of Ottawa doesn’t pay, so they Wished for ME to grant them access to the public Trust account to save their organization money – otherwise, they have to pay the money out of their own pocket (according to the lease).

So now I’m going to be as King for just a little more than $35,000.00. So far, I have paid $35,228.00, and I’m going to be as King for every penny back for failing to provide the services as promised by discriminating againt Me with extreme prejudice for the entire duration of My tenancy for nothing more than My medical choices and Spiritual beliefs – an organization that allegedly prides it Self on inclusivity and respecting the Spiritual convictions and beliefs of others?! Narcissism at its best.

I also Wish to let every One know that I am also war King on potentially Registering a non profit organization with a friend of mine to replace fraudsters like MHI who claim to be helping Canada’s People but are only Truly interested in social posturing in the community while paying their self first. MHI’s maintenance standards are even worse than Ottawa Community Housing (and any One who knows can tell You what kind of slumlords OCH are).

So a lot of things going on in My Microcosm and two more big events coming up in September. A judicial pre trial with Vinicius the Odious Oliveira on the 25th of September at 1:30 Post Midi, and the Ombudsman are expected to have completed their investigation by the 21st of the month where We Will be hoping to learn who ‘D. Cote’ is, and why the individual is Signing for packages in My stead for the City of Ottawa.

The City’s lawyer, Genevieve Langlais has also been placed on Notice of Civil and Criminal liability for cutting off subsidy without notice to Me, and with malicious intent to interfere with My tenancy. We haven’t heard back yet but I Imagine I Will soon.

I have a lot more to say, especially regarding the Ottawa Police Service attempting to serve Me with fraudulent informations, but I’ll save that for another day or I Will not get this published before midnight.
