And the House does always win in the long run – if not the very long run! But the only reason it really took so long is because liars posing as lawyers are stubborn, egomaniacal narcissists that can never concede to being wrong about anything – so they certainly can’t be bested by what they refer to as a ‘Self Represented Litigant’ because the shame would be entirely too much to bear. It is too embarrassing for Michael the Tyranical Thiele to admit that he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on, so he just waits as long as he possibly can like a joker in a poker game hoping to bluff a royal flush. A great joke about liars posing as lawyers I Will never forget is,
‘what is the difference between God and a lawyer? God doesn’t think he’s a lawyer.’.

Right?! The more experience One has with liars posing as lawyers, the funnier the joke Will be!
This is Michael ‘the Tyranical’ Thiele. Why ‘Tyranical’ Thiele? Well, because he was on 580 CFRA radio telling People that landlords can refuse to rent to the unvaccinated, or any One who does not Wish to share their vaccination status and medical records with their future landlord. This is absolutely a violation of Canada’s Charter regarding autonomy over health care, empowering landlords to discriminate against the unvaccinated with extreme prejudice.
The interesting thing about all of this, is that when I first published an article about it, CFRA 580 Radio must have read My Post and removed the audio!!! I’m including the original, (and now broken) link to the ‘Morning Rush’ Show below. If it does the same in Your browser as it does for Me, it Will redirect One to the original homepage, https://www.cfra.com/audio.html.
However, last time I did a search for the original episode, I had thought it was lost forever. CFRA 580 radio sure doesn’t Wish to be liable for having Thiele on their show giving all kinds of incorrect legal advice encouraging landlords to discriminate against the unvaccinated with extreme prejudice, so they removed it. However, it was a public show and it doesn’t stop People from downloading the episode and uploading it somewhere else. Many podcasts are shared to many platforms, and I found a link to the show that happens to still be Good!!!
So at least now I have proof that Michael the Tyranical Thiele is still out there spreading misinformation on CFRA 580 Radio. I wonder if they Will leave this one up? I wonder if CFRA 580 Radio even know it exists, the link.
“Can a landlord say ‘You’re not vaccinated, You’re not moving in?”
“I Wish I could answer with a straight yes or no, but ah, on the facts scenario You just described there, I think the answer is yes. I think the uh, if You’re not a tenant yet and given the nature of the pandemic and the uh, nature of the seriousness of, uh the health concerns that People have, the landlord is not required to sign a lease with You if ah, he doesn’t want to, (or if he, she, or it rather) doesn’t want to.”
It’s so ridiculous and so absolutely incorrect. A prospective landlord doesn’t even have the right to be as King any medical questions on the application. It’s like saying that if the landlord hasn’t rented to the tenant yet, then the landlord can be as King what colour skin the individual has before they rent so that if they don’t like a particular skin colour for whatever reason, they can choose not to interview or rent to those applicants. Simply putting the question on an application would be unconstitutional.
In fact, a better analogy would be the AIDS pandemic. Michael Thiele would be suggesting that because it was such a serious health concern, landlords would have had the right to ask People if they are gay on an application for tenancy because the AIDS virus was alleged to affect mostly gay men (that may well have been false propanda), who were also reported to be the most contagious (spreading the disease). According to Michael Theile’s logic and reason, landlords could discriminate against these People with extreme prejudice to keep tenants ‘safe’ from AIDS infected homosexuals.
Some might say it’s not a similar comparison because AIDS is transmitted through direct contact unlike an aerosol virus. However, consider that Theile is recommending for the unvaccinated to be required to receive a medical procedure any One can take that allegedly prevents transmission and infection. If the landlord’s vaccine he Wishes for the tenant to take is effective, then why does he care if the tenant is vaccinated? Isn’t the unvaccinated the One who is supposed to be vulnerable to the virus? Those with the vaccine are immune, right?
They would be if this vaccine works the Way traditional vaccines have worked. But this isn’t a vaccine, it’s a bioweapon created in a lab in Wuhan China that Canada helped to develop in their top security lab because no One would ever suspect such a Peaceful country as Canada to be developing bioweapons and sharing that technology with Chinese scientists.
That’s the findings from a recent congressional subcommittee report, by the Way – please don’t shoot the messenger. Biden has allegedly gifted Fauci with an immunity pardon against criminal prosecution since the release of the document (some five hundred pages or something). Nothing at all suspicious about that. You’d almost think Biden knew it was a bioweapon when Fauci was telling People it was safe and effective (along with Treasonous Trudeau and his criminal cabal, of course).
Anyway, this is why I’m pretty sure that Michael the Tyranical Thiele was not happy about My critique of his interview on CFRA 580 Radio and probably even more furious when the show was removed – it no longer shows up on CFRA 580 Radio’s website (and the original link is dead). The internet made a copy from one of the other RSS feeds, so that I was able to find it to share with You again today (so maybe Michael Will be pleased to know his tyranical take on the rights of landlords to trespass upon the constitutional rights of Canada’s People with extreme prejudice is still available for the public to hear, too).
I’m not really sure if Michael Will be pleased or furious to know the Show is still available – on the upside, the episode hasn’t been entirely scrubbed from the interwebs (which is fabulous for Michael the Tyranical Thiele’s ego), on the downside, he is wide open to liability to any landlord who refuses to rent based on One’s vaccination status and the legal advice of Michael the Tyranical Thiele.
Although he’s allegedly one of the most notorious liars posing as lawyers for the Law Society of Ontario specializing in tenant landlord disputes in the City of Ottawa, he’s hasn’t demonstrated any expertise or professionalism in My experiences whatsoever, only belligerence and contempt.
I filed a complaint with the Law Society of Ontario against Multifaith Housing Initiative for targeted abuse and discrimination in the community including a Notice of Evict-Sean served in bad faith. They were alleging I’d been served with three Notices regarding ‘inappropriate behaviour’ in the community and that I must vacate the premise on or before Jan 22., 2023*.
I’ve been as King Multifaith Housing Initiative and their liar posing as lawyer for almost two years who is making these allegations against Me, and when I was served with the previous notices regarding behaviour? How can this be the third Notice regarding behaviour if this is the first time I am hearing about it?
They responded to My emails a couple of times. In typical narcissist fashion, they never bothered to answer any of My questions, just professional gaslighting, asserting that I can ignore the defamatory accusations against Me so long as I agree to allow them to discriminate against Me with extreme prejudice for as long as I continue to rent the apartment.
Michael the Tyranical Thiele was even worse because he spent what must have been ten to fifteen minutes writing a detailed email about how it’s perfectly reasonable to not respond to My claim and ignore My email inquiries. Now that I have a complaint with the Landlord Tenant Board, Michael believes he does not have to communicate with Me at all until the day of the hearing (and apparently, neither does the landlord because any emails I have for the landlord are to be directed to Michael the Tyranical Thiele as their agent). He can only receive a maximum of $700 in costs and that works out to less than two hours so he has to be very careful with how often he communicates with Me and how he spends his time – I should be considerate of the not for profit landlord situation as they can’t afford to pay much. Like I Give a rat’s ass, Michael, that is Your problem!!!
After almost two years, We finally had a date scheduled for December 11th, 2024 (yes, this coming ‘Lucky’ Wednesday). That means that Michael the Tyranical Thiele’s deadline to file any defense materials in response to My Claim was December 4th, 2024 (seven days before the hearing). I told My Friend that Michael is such a belligerent, contemptuous liar of a lawyer that he Will wait to file his materials until 4:50 PM on December 4th – just a few minutes before the deadline, despite having almost two years to prepare his materials and respond to Me. The intent Will be to ‘overwhelm Me’ with something new to respond to when I have only two days to do so (I must respond within five days before the hearing). But no – it’s even worse!!!
I don’t Wish to say for sure now but I seem to remember that when filing materials online into the Superior Court, if materials are received with a digital time stamp later than five o’clock in the afternoon, it is considered filed the next day. I might be wrong about that and I don’t really care to know for sure, the point is that it would make sense because no One is going to be working at the Court to receive documents after five o’clock so the documents can’t be processed onto the Registry until the next day. It is also courteous to send People documents between regular hours of business. No One is expecting Me to be checking My emails to see if Multifaith Housing Initiative is going to finally respond to My claim in the last hour before midnight of the last day for filing, right? No One would do that. Except Michael the Tyranical Thiele.
10:56 PM, December 4th, 2024 – One hour and four minutes before the deadline.
Even worse than I expected because I had anticipated he would respond before five in the afternoon at the very least. He’s deliberately sending the file this late to demonstrate how little respect he has for Me, and how little regard he has for the claim – to Give Me the impress-Sean that this is an afterthought; so meaningless to him that he almost forgot about it! Yeah, nice try!
And as I’ve said before, as bold as Michael the Tyranical Thiele may seem today, this Will not go ever well for him on the day. If he were responding in the last minute because I had filed so many pieces of evidence that it would require several pages worth of rebuttals to respond to them all that would be one thing and perhaps even reasonable. But to wait until an hour and four minutes before the deadline to provide Me with this?!?
The best part about the ‘evidence’ they are including, is that evidence is exactly the right Word for it! The one piece of evidence they are relying on is the one piece of evidence I had not included in My Claim yet! I had mentioned how I had been served with an unlawful eviction Notice based on hearsay allegations concerning behaviour, and suggesting I’d been served with two previous notices regarding behaviour in the past. All of it is nonsense, but I forgot to include a copy of the actual Notice to evict that I was served with – opposing counsel has provided it for Me. Michael the Tyranical Thiele is much kinder and more forthcoming with the evidence I require to win My case than I had anticipated he would be.
I replied to Michael’s legal assistant directly so that they also have confirm a Sean of service. This is also a Good time to make them aware of My Motion of counterclaim regarding the other Matter We have before the Tribunal, advising that I Will be as King of the Tribunal to award two default judgments against MHI on December 11th, one for the N4 Notice to Evict for non payment of rent in retaliation for bringing them before the LTB in the amount of $35,500 and some change (I forget the exact dollar amount but equal to the amount I have paid in rent in full), and the $35,000.00 I am as King for the false accusations made against Me including a threat to end My tenancy in bad faith, based exclusively on hearsay allegations, fraud, and in retaliation for My political and spiritual beliefs and convictions.
This is a Good Way to respond because they Will Wish to include My reply to their email to ‘prove’ I received their materials. Now they can’t use the document to prove service while denying they were Given Notice of Default for their contempt and lies (and there has still been no protest to any of My accusations against them, which is to tacitly concede My points are uncontested facts). So I also advise that My reply to their email Will be included as evidence for the hearing as well. And My materials are now complete, I Will crush Thiele on Thursday, potentially for $70k or more.
The next day, I receive Notice from the LTB that Michael the Tyranical Thiele has withdrawn his application to evict for non payment of rent. The Rules of the Tribunal require the applicant to advise the respondent to the application that he intends to withdraw. Of course, Michael Thiele didn’t do that because that would be admitting defeat and his ego is just too big for that.
We’re hoping Michael can find his big boy pants before Thursday because House von Dehn Will not be having any mercy for Michael on that day.

Geez, I’m sure You are all very excited about My email to Arthur White-Crummy, Clara Freier and Nazi Nana the Arrogant Asante! How long do We think Nana Asante is going to assert her Nazi dominance? She’s on a real power trip this time, do We think Giving Notice to the CBC Will humble this narcissistic Nazi? And what about Clara the Fraudster Freier? Will Clara Freier be horrified and shocked to learn that the Trustee Act of Ontario and Canada’s Criminal Code are in fact binding upon her? I would be if I were involved in as much criminal conduct, that’s for sure!!!
Going to be an exciting day for Trustees at the City of Ottawa this coming Magical Monday mourning!!!

The Notice was served upon My by Lori Simpson on Jan. 31st, 2023, and the threat to evict if I refused to correct the alleged behaviour was Feb. 22nd, 2023. (This is also shown in the information for those that noticed the discrepancy).
**There are also a couple of times when I state that the hearing is on Thursday. It is in fact on Lucky Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, 9:00 AM. Couldn’t tell You why it was I had Thursday on My Mind when Writing the Post… Maybe because I didn’t receive Michael’s reply until after midnight and I knew it was exactly one week away. Anyway, definitely Lucky Wednesday, see below.
