Not the First Complaint to Judiciary Regarding Justice Herb the Criminal Kreling’s Crime Syndicate

Yeah, a corrupt Judge who hires his daughter to Man the Ontario Superior Court desk so that if People Wish to bring Motions about Judges conspiring with liars posing as lawyers in violation of the Rules, they can ensure they never get filed (processed), then she just tell ‘daddy’ what’s going on and daddy Will find another complicit judge to sign an order which they can then file onto the Record stating that they didn’t violate the Rules… We see the City of Ottawa do this all the time.

Well, I was looking for a mug shot of Justice Herb Kreling and there used to be lots!!! There was a whole article about him in the Salvation Army’s newspaper because he’s a huge advocate for the Salvation Army, their social programs, and how they are used to intimidate and coerce People into waiving constitutional rights under threat of further economic exploitation and abuse. I filed a complaint with the Judiciary for telling a Friend of mine that he was not allowed to choose Me as his counsel because I’m not a licensed liar. To My Friend’s credit, he was absolutely amazing because I didn’t argue with the judge because he was an absolute loose cannon, I just left and shrugged My shoulders at My Friend before taking a seat to see what the Judge would do to My poor Friend… He was screaming at the top of his lungs, saying I was using ‘Word Magic’ when I asked if the Judge has any right to interfere with My Friend’s right to freely choose his own counsel. When My Friend got up he told the Judge he knows I’m not a liar posing as a lawyer and that I’m better than any lawyer he’s ever had (and this particular Friend had had more than twenty!). Swear to God he said that, not once but repeatedly, even as the judge continued to insult Me and tell My Friend that I am ‘going to cost him his case’.

Well, because of the whole debacle, I was told not to communicate with judges at all anymore and deal directly with Crown prosecution. I was provided a ‘new’ contact for the prosecution’s office that I have never seen as a ‘Self Presented’ litigant. So I was able to place the prosecutor on Notice and although I was telling them to drop everything because they don’t have a case, they instead offered My Friend ten community hours as a plea deal and advised Me I have to take the deal to My Friend. I could not talk My Friend out of accepting the deal because he was ecstatic! The deal was SO Good in his eyes, he wanted to thank the Court by offering twenty hours instead (and I couldn’t stop him from volunteering that, either). My Friend to this day asserts I am the best representation he has ever had in Court.

Anyway, not the first person to complain about Judge Kreling and the charge from this individual is interfering with Justice and violating the Rules of the Court with intent to take advantage. Take a look for Your Self.

Only thing I can find on Justice Herb Kreling, is dirt. It appears as though even pictures related to his judicial appointment have been scrubbed from the internet! Is some One keeping a ‘low profile’? I wonder why… Or is the Superior Court on damage control?

Perhaps he ‘initiates’ all the corrupt Judges who conspire with him to do the same in some kind of Magical ceremony, normalizing violations of the Rules of Civil Procedure to interfere with the Canadian People’s access to Justice. What a wonderfully orchestrated little crime syndicate the Kreling family has going at Ottawa’s Superior Court of ‘just is’ whatever they feel like doing that day. Daddy Kreling is there to intimidate claimants before the Court who believe they have inherent rights, and his little princess is there acting as gatekeeper to ensure no motions can be made to complain about their grift. Any One complains about Gillian violating the Rules, surely Kreling Will just arrange to Sign some Orders they can file onto the Record without any judicial oversight.

Do We have a daddy-daughter duo deceiving People in Canada’s Courts and depriving Canada’s People of their right to due process? Yes, yes We do.

There are not too many Acts this circus posing as a Court can’t perform!!! They’ve got more monkeys and clowns working for the Courts than they know what to do with.
