I am very thank-full that today happens to be a ‘Tell a Vision’ Edition because it was just yesterday in the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition that I was tall King about Michael the Tyranical Thiele, and how he Will Playing a major role in this Universal Pictures Present a Sean. I was tall King about how Michael the Tyranical Thiele likes to pretend he doesn’t receive replies to his Notices, and demonstrates an inability to respond to any legal or lawful arguments made to him when he does. However, I have also previously mentioned that this Blog has a Magical effect on Man’s Macrocosm. Often when I am tall King about something here, there is an effect in My Microcosm. If I am then tall King about the effects My Writing to Man’s Macrocosm has upon My events in My Microcosm, the effect is further amplified. The more I Write about a Man in Man’s Macrocosm, the more the individual Will feel the Power of that Spelling it in their Microcosm. Believe Me People, the Spelling of Words is Man’s most Powerful Magic – I am continually Writing Sentences for People (puns always intended). Today I have an example to share with You.
Yesterday’s Post is Titled, ‘Liars Posing as Lawyers: Michael the Tyranical Thiele Doubling Down on Delinquency’.
Being as objective as I am able, I am going to go out on a limb here and suggest that Michael the Tyranical Thiele is probably not thrilled with the name I have Gifted his Character with in the Casting of this Product-Sean. I know I wouldn’t be! But is it True?
I mentioned that one of the reasons he was Gifted with the Calling was for ignoring My reply to his N4 and pretending like the Notice I served him with means nothing. His client’s own accounting ledger revealed that Multifaith Housing Initiative was taking more rent money from the public Trust account than they had been authorized to take! Now it’s easier to understand why Yvonne Ashby did not Wish to provide Me with the last year’s worth of receipts upon request as the Residential Tenancies Act requires a landlord to do, right!?
I would have learned they were Grifting an extra $60/month! Why would the City of Ottawa pay MHI’s rent when the record Shows they were taking advantage and stealing a little extra? Imagine if this is a trend with every tenant they receive subsidy (public money) for? Perhaps We should be requesting a full forensic accounting audit, no? Maybe I’ll be as King of the LTB adjudicator if that seems like a reasonable request. Stealing $60 a month from a tenant may not seem like a huge deal – it would take several years to amount to theft over $5000.00 (83 months and change), but if they have hundreds of tenants, it’s grand theft every month. It’s breach of public Trust and fraud concerning theft of public money – both hold a minimum two year prison term according to Canada’s Criminal Code. Michael the Tyranical Thiele decides to add this ledger as ‘evidence’ to support his N4 Notice to evict for non payment of rent?! Am I wrong for calling him stupid? He obviously wasn’t thing King this through very carefully!
Unfortunately, the ledger was redacted, not showing the lump sum payments that were made to restore the account to Good standing after I met with Lori Simpson in September of 2023, and although it did show that they were taking extra money for the last couple of months before the subsidy stopped, it was unclear just how long. Here’s Michael the Tyranical Thiele’s original ‘ledger’ evidence.
This is the version that Michael the Tyranical Thiele uploaded to the LTB as evidence to support his N4. This is similar to the ledger he provided to Me, though My version was mailed in hard copy and auspiciously ‘missing’ the month of September, 2023 (when I authorized for MHI to take money directly from the public Trust account), and continuing with November 2023 as above. My version also doesn’t include the ‘HFGserialnumberdateHFG‘! Why? Because they contracted with Me under false pretenses!!! They contracted with Me in fraud!!!
Lori Simpson specifically states that My consent is NOT authorizing for Home for Good to make the payments, this is authorizing access directly to the public Trust account Created for Sean von Dehn’s benefit to avert having to deal with Home for Good (to avoid any further opportunity for them to revoke the subsidy without notice to Me as they have just done for a third time, colluding with Canada Post and their Ombudsman’s Beth Lambert to do it!), and would be filed with the City of Ottawa’s Registry office! I have the entire converse a Sean recorded. They contracted with Me under false pretenses (presumably) to save the City of Ottawa from liability for cutting off rent without Notice to Me. They (Home for Good) needed to get the subsidy reinstated without conceding to any wrongdoing, so this is how they got it done – had the landlord act as their agent, meet with Me under false pretenses, Promising Me that I am NOT going to be subject to the criminal negligence of Home for Good ever again, only to find out they were colluding with them the entire time. And now Michael the Tyranical Thiele has just provided Me with all the evidence to expose their fraud and how they’ve been trying to deceive Me. This is the version Michael the Tyranical Thiele sent to Me when requesting the ‘unredacted’ version.
Of course, they also increase the rent the moment they are able to access the public Trust account again. But $1078 is as much as they are legally or lawfully allowed to retain as a deposit (which is equal to one month’s rent). First they help their Self to an extra $90. for no apparent reason, then they continue to take an additional $60/month until the subsidy is revoked in June without Notice to Me from the City of Ottawa’s Home for Good OR Multifaith Housing Initiative. When I said that MHI was desperately trying to get Me to consent to contracting with them again, I wasn’t kidding – it was specifically to cover over THIS fraud!!!
But the bigger question is, why did Michael omit to Show where the payments were coming from in the ledger he provides to Me? Because he knew his client contracted with Me under false pretenses and was hoping I wouldn’t pay attention to the ledger he uploaded to the Tribunal, presuming it would be a copy of the one he sent to Me.
Now the City of Ottawa and MHI are conspiring together to have Me evicted because they are both guilty of gross, criminal malfeasance, conspiring to cut of subsidy without Notice to Me, and with malicious intent to evict Me before I can have My day in Court to hold either one accountable!? Wow, what swell organize a Sean’s, no?!
But at least Michael the Tyranical Thiele DID reply which has allowed Me to expose so much more of his client’s criminal corrupt-Sean. If Michael the Tyranical Thiele Wishes to concede that his client is in serious trouble for gross criminal malfeasance at best, or collusion and conspiracy to engage in fraud regarding public money and with malicious intent to cause harm to beneficiaries in their Trust at worst (that stings just Writing out in a Sentence), I Will start calling him Michael the Terrific Thiele, or maybe even Michael ‘the Truthful’ Thiele and tell You just how wonderful he is for doing his job and placing the interests of Justice and his duties to the Court before the Wishes of his criminal client as his Oath to the Court and the People of Canada requires him to do. I wouldn’t hold My breath if I were You…
We’ll have to do a part III because I haven’t even touched on the fact that he doesn’t address any of the other very serious issues with his N4, like the fact that the lease says that MHI pays the subsidy, NOT the City of Ottawa. So really, they should never have been receiving any money from the City in the first place, according to the tenancy agreement (lease).
What I Wished to point out, was that today’s response from Michael the Tyranical Thiele was the first time he has ever responded to a request. He’s clearly still omitting information from his documents with intent to deceive Me and paint a different story for Me than what he is telling the Tribunal, but I just upload all Our correspondences to the LTB as further evidence of his contempt and continuous gaslighting.
This is My reply to Micheal the Tyranical Thiele regarding the fraudulent account ledger evidencing their theft of public money…
We’ll see if Michael the Tyranical Thiele Wishes to put on his big boy pants and answer some questions, or if he his hoping to gaslight his way to the finish line.
